As a personal trainer Cory is the direct link to fitness, health, and wellness for my clients. By utilizing his services they expect and desire to learn to better improve their lives. Initially he would meet with any prospective client and get a conduct an interview. This would help Cory understand where the client was coming from where they would like to go.

The next step was to begin their education and training and begin to improve their health and fitness levels.

•Designated to monitor the progress of Marines who either failed their fitness test or were designated as being overweight.
•Implemented a system to follow the Marines progress month to month.
