Responsibilities:
• Subject matter expert on Humana Vitality, for the Kentucky Employee Health Plan • Market, promote, and engage 245,000 members in Humana Vitality • Experience in managing 55+ counties in Kentucky. • Primary role responsibilities include account management/retention, training, and implementation. • Adapt to multiple environments and strategically implement engagement strategies. • Train members to be champions of the program, to serve as an onsite Humana Vitality resource, Vitality Champs. • Coordinate and develop multiple relationships to market Humana Vitality. • Held accountable for developing each meeting and training within each region. • Participate in Wellness Committees across Kentucky and provide detailed knowledge on Humana Vitality to supplement and/or act as their specific Employee Wellness Program. As well as provide creative insight into the development of wellness programs. •Team lead on training Wellness Champions. Leaders within their workplace that facilitate a cultural change to enhance the staff’s over all wellbeing. • Identify and understand the needs of that specific school or worksite in regards to wellness and HumanaVitality • Train local health departments on HumanaVitality and connect them with schools and worksites to facilitate our biometric screening. • Develop and deliver detailed presentations • Cultivate and maintain long standing relationships |

From early May 2013 through the end of the year HA completion went up from 6.9% to 21.9%

From the beginning of 2014 through June HA completion reached 53.1%
