Created, launched, and successfully implemented the launch of a CrossFit affiliate integrated within a certified Medical Fitness Facility. This included managing most of all operations associated with this program. Such as:

• Generated $25,000+ in revenue through October
• Teaching 7+ classes a week
• Hiring and training of coaches
• Leading on ramps
• Conducting consultations and reviews with members
• Managing the community build app, BAND
• Budgeting and data tracking
• Setting target goals
• Planning a year long calendar of events
• Leading a multi facility CrossFit Open event within 2 months of opening
• Participating in a mentorship through Two Brain Business where we are mentored by Peter Bravosan from Myriad Fitness.
