The Hancock Wellness Centers consist of three locations: Greenfield, McCordsville, and New Palestine. Greenfield and McCordsville are currently certified medical fitness facilities credentialed through the Medical Fitness Association, with New Palestine hoping to attain theirs in 2021.

As the fitness supervisor of the Greenfield location:

• I oversee the entire fitness team, consisting of 8 exercise specialists and personal trainers. 
  • Regular meetings, goal reviews, career guidance, etc
• Oversaw all clinical fitness programs
  • Standard exercise is medicine
    • Diabetes, cardiac phase 3, de-conditioned, hypertension, and cancer
  • Introduced and oversaw the development of a maternity fitness program
  • Rock Steady Boxing - a program for Parkinson's patients
    • An award winning program, Winner of the Bobby Keen Healthy Community Award
  • Foundations
    • Assisted in the creation and implementation of a functional fitness program for our clinical populations
• Guided the fitness programs revenue goals
  • 2019 total = ~$115,000
  • 2020 total = $100,000
  • 2021 total = $90,000(through Oct)
• Updated our record keeping and monitoring to mostly digital
• Revamped the career ladder for exercise specialists
• Reinvigorated the sports performance programs
• Ensured all requirements were met for the Medical Fitness Association accreditation 

I also take on the duties of an exercise specialist when on the floor:

• Conduct fitness assessments and goal reviews
  • including consultation, body composition, and fitness testing
• Program reviews and Initial workouts
• Personal training
  • Example: In 3 months I guided a client to lose 22.7 lbs of body fat (a 10% reduction) and gain 13 lbs of muscle mass
• Small group training
• Implementing clinical fitness programs
